Family planning: not an easy task

The presence of planning in our lives creates the illusion of control over many things. You can think through all the actions in the evening, how to do the right thing in time to get ready for work, drink delicious coffee and slowly get to the office.

At the same time, we tend to assume that almost everything will be the way we want it, without assuming that our favorite coffee maker may burn out in the morning and plans will have to be redrawn.

Unfortunately, not all things lend themselves to precise planning. When it comes to family planning, it turns out that there are also sometimes disappointments and unexpected turns from the planned path.

Someone postpones the birth of a child for a couple of years, using contraceptives, and then it turns out that after that time they can't get pregnant, because somehow an infection got into the body with all due care.

Planning the birth of a child is not about marking the date on the calendar when conception will take place. This is a whole list of events that should precede a joyful event.

As soon as you have a desire to have a child, you need to ask yourself a few simple questions. First, you'll have to look at your age. Having a baby is undesirable if you are still 16-18, because the body is not yet physically ready, so let the thoughts also mature.

Women over the age of 40 should also think a little about whether they will be able to raise a child at that age. Restructuring in the body can seriously affect the bearing of a healthy baby. Will it be easy to take him to clubs and studios at 45, wishing him the best development?

Lifestyle affects planning. If the girl has not finished studying yet, you can postpone pregnancy so that the stress of exams does not affect the development of the fetus. It is advisable to decide on a place to live, quit smoking, and get a job in a reliable company before you have to experience the development of a new life.

Eggs are not able to fertilize all the time, but only on certain days. This should be taken into account by those who do not live permanently together, and sometimes are absent on long business trips. Although both parents are perfectly healthy, conception may not occur for some time, because intimate relationships must change their inappropriate schedule.

A pregnant woman should be happy and loved. If you fully feel like one and do not feel any reason to worry, you can safely talk to your husband about increasing your friendly family.
